Lambie Construction Company was formed and began to focus on single family new home construction and quickly makes a name for themselves in the local Kansas City area.

Lambie partnered with John Geer and formed Lambie-Geer Homes, Inc. While both already had successful businesses the two decided to join forces to become one of the leading home building companies in the local Johnson County area.

With Lambie’s passion for new homes, they soon added land development to the list of accomplishments and managed and developed over 30+ land developments with all types of residential and commercial zoning uses. Many new home neighborhoods were the vision of their passion and have become “forever” home communities to many families!

With uncertain economic times on the horizon Lambie had vision to transform the company, restructure and expand the business to accommodate the new market.  While still continuing to stay on top of the spectrum in the custom home market Lambie added maintenance free villas along with many other types of single-family homes to every price point buyer.

Atlanta-based Grand Oak Builders acquires Lambie Custom Homes, Inc. The company will operate as Lambie Grand, LLC dba Lambie Homes and will continue to grow and provide new homes for all lifestyles, from the first-time home buyer to maintenance provided villas, and land development.
